家人之间转移房屋名字可享有费用全免或半价折扣

在马来西亚的产业交易之中,若是要将房子拥有人的名字转给其他人,都必须缴付一笔印花税。根据目前的税率,房产价格的首RM100,000需要缴纳1%的印花税,接下来的RM400,000则需缴纳2%,再接下来的金额则需缴纳3%的印花税,而RM1,000,000之后的印花税则是4%。 不过,若是在特定的情况下,尤其是家人之间的名字转移,则可以享有印花税全免费用,就是所谓的FREE。 Case 1: 夫妻之间 当夫妻之间,例如丈夫想要把屋子的名字转给妻子,或者妻子想要把屋子转移丈夫名下,就可以豁免100%印花税。 Case 2: 父母和孩子之间 当父母想把屋子转给孩子时,只需缴付半价的印花税费用。例如原本需要缴付的印花税是RM10,000,那么在父母转移给孩子时只需给予RM5,000的印花税。 同样的,当孩子想要把房子转给父母,也可以享有50%印花税折扣。 Case 3: 兄弟姐妹之间 如果是哥哥要把房子转移给妹妹或弟弟,就无法享有任何的印花税折扣,必须依照一般的印花税率去处理房产转移程序。 更多关于房地产资讯, 请浏览: www.polygonproperties.com.my
