在马来西亚的产业交易之中，若是要将房子拥有人的名字转给其他人，都必须缴付一笔印花税。根据目前的税率，房产价格的首RM100,000需要缴纳1%的印花税，接下来的RM400,000则需缴纳2%，再接下来的金额则需缴纳3%的印花税，而RM1,000,000之后的印花税则是4%。 不过，若是在特定的情况下，尤其是家人之间的名字转移，则可以享有印花税全免费用，就是所谓的FREE。 Case 1: 夫妻之间 当夫妻之间，例如丈夫想要把屋子的名字转给妻子，或者妻子想要把屋子转移丈夫名下，就可以豁免100%印花税。 Case 2: 父母和孩子之间 当父母想把屋子转给孩子时，只需缴付半价的印花税费用。例如原本需要缴付的印花税是RM10,000，那么在父母转移给孩子时只需给予RM5,000的印花税。 同样的，当孩子想要把房子转给父母，也可以享有50%印花税折扣。 Case 3: 兄弟姐妹之间 如果是哥哥要把房子转移给妹妹或弟弟，就无法享有任何的印花税折扣，必须依照一般的印花税率去处理房产转移程序。 更多关于房地产资讯, 请浏览: www.polygonproperties.com.my
